Return Label Not generating

​I recently moved and need to return my equipment. However, the device list does not come up at all when I try to get a return label, so I can't complete the process of generating a label for home pick up or UPS drop off.​

​I don't want to end up charged for the equipment because of an Xfinity portal issue! I have moved 300 miles away from the nearest xfinity store/location so in-person drop off is no longer an option for me.

Hello, user_a4bb28 sorry to hear you are having troubles printing off the return label. No need to worry. You can visit The UPS store and a member can scan the equipment and verify Comcast property and process the return shipment.
