Return equipment

I have already returned the equipment to the Xfinity store in Wellington, Florida. When I got to the store, they were extremely busy and I was told to leave the equipment on the counter as I was picking up new equipment for my new house. I do not know why I keep getting a bill please someone respond to this I have sent numerous letters to the company and I have also voiced my concerns via telephone to no avail.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
