Return equipment that was never received

Hello,

I’ve ended service with Xfinity 2 months ago. All equipment I had was returned (a white modem and cord). However, I’ve been continuously harassed AND CHARGED for equipment I’ve never had in my possession. I’ve talked to several Xfinity reps over the phone, and every time they say they’ve notated in my account that I don’t have the equipment. I’ve offered to buy the equipment and gift it to Xfinity just so they’ll stop harassing and charging me. I also have an alleged confirmation number that the equipment was removed from my account (confirmation # [Edited: "Personal Information"]). Guess what? The same day I got the confirmation, another email was received from Xfinity asking me to return the equipment. I called, and the first thing they said was that I need to return the equipment… that I NEVER HAD AND DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE.

At this point, I don’t know if I need to sue Xfinity, report them for harassment or just ignore and keep paying for equipment I’ve never seen before.
