Return equipment I never had
I haven't had Comcast in about a year. I had Internet service only and I returned the requirement almost a year ago.
I got an email a couple weeks ago saying it was almost time to return my cable equipment. I didn't and have cable equipment.

Hello, @user_9dajnf thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and I'd like to investigate the cable equipment further. From experience, for customers who have had internet only and mentioned they received the same equipment return notification I've seen that most times there has been a stream set-top box called Flex (originally) or Xumo (new name) associated. I'll need to gather some information that we don't want here in our public conversation.
