Hi, @user_faa474! Thanks for visiting XFINITY over our forums page. Great question. While reviewing this concern further, I have discovered that when a payment is returned and the ledger in our billing system shows a payment reversal, we cannot resubmit that payment. Make sense?
@user_faa474, I definitely understand not wanting to double pay, as I have been in your shoes before. Thank you for that great question. Depending on your bank institution, the bank may attempt to draft the payment up to three times before it is returned. When the payment is declined, the amount will be applied back to the Comcast account, and returned payment fees will be assessed. How does this sound?
