retention

I am extremely frustrated trying to get to customer retention through your byzantine and ultimately unhelpful phone system.  I also went to a store who could only say to call retention.  Im a long time customer whose initial promotions ran out a couple of years ago.  given the rising cost of my services (and channels disappearing or no longer being included) I want to know if there is any new promotion or whether I should switch to another provider who offer many more cost effective options.  I would direct message you but I do not see a chat tab on the browser page.
