Retention Request: 10-Year Customer Evaluating Fiber Offers (Cottage Grove, Minnesota)
I am a long-term customer in Cottage Grove, MN. My neighborhood is currently being built out by Gateway Fiber and Quantum Fiber, both offering 1-Gig symmetrical service for significantly less than my current Xfinity bill.
I prefer to stay with Xfinity to avoid the hassle of a new installation, but I am looking to move to your lowest 5-Year Price Guarantee for 1-Gig service to match the current market rates in my zip code. I also require the equipment and unlimited data to be included, as per the current 'Fiber-Powered' promotions.
If Xfinity can't compete with the local fiber pricing, I'll need to set a disconnect date. Can an official employee help me see what the best current retention offer is for my address?
