Retention question
To Xfinity Support,
I've been a customer for almost 8 years and have been happy with the service.
Being retired and on a fixed income I need to start looking for all options for Internet and TV. My current bill is around the $250 range, and it is just way too high.
I'd really prefer to stay with Xfinity at this point but in this economy every dollar counts, and I need to look at other options if nothing can be done about the monthly cost.
Could you please review my account and let me know what options are available?
