Retention offers.
Dear Xfinity Customer Support,
I’ve been a loyal Xfinity internet customer for over 20 years, and I’ve generally been very satisfied with the service. However, my current monthly rate has continued to increase over time and is now $110 for my internet plan.
AT&T is currently offering fiber internet at the same speed for $55 per month. Before making any decisions about switching providers, I wanted to check whether Xfinity has any new promotions or loyalty discounts that could match or come close to this offer.
I value my long-term relationship with Xfinity and would prefer to stay if a more competitive rate is available.
