Retention Department/ Live Person
Is there anyway anymore to talk to a live Xfinity person over the phone and specifically talk to the retention department? I try the online chat, they are not helpful. I call Xfinity customer service, I cannot get a hold of anyone, told to use the robot which doesn't work and I get chat again and it is a useless endless cycle. I just wanted to give Xfinity a chance to keep me as a customer before I leave because raising my bill $20 every January is not acceptable. It seems they have no interest in having live people to talk to, the process is ridiculously hard to get in touch with anyone, and they do not want to keep me as a customer.
