Retention deal?
Fidium Fiber is available in my area, 2000 Mbps at $75/month for 2 years, no data caps. Can you match or beat it? Especially because my 1000 Mbps Xfinity plan just got more expensive, and on my last bill I paid $103 instead of the $85 I had been told (I wasn’t given the $10 autopay or $8 term contract discounts that I was told I would get). Previously I was paying $70/month for 1200 Mpbs. Give me a deal to convince me to stay. I'm not interested in any bundles, only internet. The Xfinity customer service rep I was chatting with couldn't do it and directed me to the retention department, but then gave me a link that doesn't work.

If you're looking to upgrade to 2 Gigs download speed, I won't be able to provide a quote for services quite at this time. We'd need to look at possibly seeing if your home is eligible for our Gigx6 or Gigx10 speed. However, I can definitely take a look at some options for our Gig up or Gig extra speed tiers.
