Once your past due balance is paid and your account is made current, your Xfinity TV and Internet service should resume immediately. Please note that if you are using your own router, you may need to manually restart the router, after your modem/gateway/eMTA restarts, to regain service. If you have Xfinity Voice service, service should resume within one hour and if you have Xfinity Home service, it may take up to 4-6 hours. I hope this answers your question!
