Restore Services

Hello. I just made a payment arrangement, roughly 20 minutes ago. I was just wondering if my services will be restored by today? Or does it happen when the payment goes through?

Hello, @Pia_mae, thank you for setting that arrangement and reaching out for some clarity on your service restoration. Sometimes a little extra time can be a great help. I'm always using the same tool with my account, so I can totally relate to you. I'd be happy to take a look at your account and see if your services will be restored. Usually, if your service is already disconnected, payment of the past due amount is needed to restore things. In order to get started can you please send a message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
