Restore service

Made payment arrangement and still don’t have my service restored. My husband is fully disabled combat veteran and we literally need to pay our bill three days late. I made payment arrangement it said we were good and would not be suspended as long as we pay the arrangement. Our service is suspended and I’m being told I can’t do anything until I pay, even though I’m paying in full in three days. We can’t restore internet which is needed for my husbands mental health appointments and I took a screenshot showing we were good and would not have any interruptions. This can’t be the only option to make money magically appear or have no internet.
