Restore service

I just recently paid my bill I wasn’t aware that I was that far behind because I haven’t been staying home I’ve been at my grandmas house because she’s been sick so I haven’t had time to come home and check on things and my WiFi has been off for some time and I wasn’t aware that’s why I paid it today thinking it would be back on but it’s not is there anything that anyone can do for me to get it back on so that I can be able to do my school work

Thank you so much for making a payment on your account tonight! If you've recently paid your past due balance in full to bring your account current, it can take up to 2 hours for your services to be restored. In most cases, it doesn't take the full two hours, but it can. It also depends on the payment method used to make your payment as well. But 2 hours is the general rule. Do you recall what time this evening you submitted your payment?
