Restore service please!

I had my service disconnected due to a previous account having billing issues. 

I paid and returned the modem to close the old account. This would allow my current account to be reactived, but unfortunately it's been 3 days and over 8 different agent over the app and phone. No one can activate my service and collection department placed a lock on the account. 

Collection department also doesn't work weekends no one is answering the phone. I need this service to be restored. I have online classes and the house if wifi connected to smart devices nothing is working.

user_ordhb8 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand how frustrating this situation would be to not be able to get your services activated. If a lock was placed on the account a ticket would need to be open and the team that handles those tickets would be the only ones who can remove a block on the account. I would be more than happy to take a look and make sure that the ticket has been opened for you. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
