Requesting Review and Debt Recall for Account Cancelled In-Person

Hello,
I recently discovered that a closed Comcast account was sent to a third-party collection agency. However, I explicitly cancelled this account in person at an Xfinity retail store and believed it was fully resolved with a $0 balance at that time.
It appears there was an administrative error or a trailing system balance generated after my in-store cancellation. Because I closed this account in person, I would like an Official Employee to review the account history, verify the cancellation date, and help resolve this.
If a valid trailing balance does exist, I am happy to pay Xfinity directly right now to clear my record. However, because this stemmed from an in-store cancellation, I need Xfinity to officially recall the debt from the collection agency and completely delete the collection entry from my credit report, rather than just marking it as "Paid Collection."
Could an Official Employee please send me a Direct Message to review my old account notes and help me get this cleared up?
