Requesting credit for Outage.

I have been a Comcast customer for several years now. We had a full day outage last Thursday (3/11) because of which me and my husband had to work the entire day on our mobile hotspot. We ended up using 4 GB of data collectively given the remote work, zoom calls, etc. Would love to understand if there is a way get compensated for this.

Good morning @user_b009d1 and thank you for reaching out to our Digital Care Team on our forums page! Customers can now request a credit for a service interruption easier than ever without speaking to an agent (this feature isn’t available to customers in California at this time). Qualified customers now receive a one-time credit when reporting their service interruption through the Xfinity Status Center in My Account. To receive the credit, you must login with your XFINITY ID. Please visit https://comca.st/3bOgFmh and click the link, Tell us more about your experience in the Outage Tips section at the bottom of the page.

If you run into any trouble retrieving your credit, please let us know and we will be happy to have you send us a private message so we can review your account further and apply the appropriate credit.

This link isn't letting me request for credit. It just shows there are no outages now, but doesn't let me request for credit for an outage that happened in the past . Would need some help here . Thanks !
