Requesting Collection Agency recall - CBE Group
Hello I have a balance with Xfinity that was assigned to collection agency (CBE Group). I want to settle with Xfinity directly but I need the debt to be recalled from the agency so it is removed from my credit report. Could an official employee please assist me with this?

The records will update within 2 business days to show Paid in Full or Satisfied Charged Off. This link shows the different ways to submit your payment, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat. Do you see the amount needed to satisfy the account or do you have additional questions?
