Requesting account documentations
Hello, before I explain the full situation, I am requesting documentation on all accounts that were made in my name ever. Around early 2018, someone used my name and opened up an account with comcast and didn't pay the bill. This resulted in it going to collections and appearing on my credit report. At the time I already had comcast service at the address where I lived when this other account was opened. I need documents on both accounts to dispute this claim as debt collectors keep reselling the debt and its negatively affecting my credit score.

Since this account was the result of a fraudulent action, you will want to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team for assistance.
