Requesting a full refund for unused equipment

I have been a customer of yours since 2007. I am now a single mom and I have been paying way to much for my service since February 2024 it is when I moved so almost 2 years. I have had Xfinity equipment in my possession which I only realized that I had in my possession this month that were brand new and still in the box and unused. I have no idea why I ever had it as I did not use it at all. It costed me $42 bucks per month by 23 months plus taxes, it is a pretty penny. I would like that credited back to my account please. I would think for my loyalty to Xfinity over the years this oversight can be easily resolved by giving me back that credit that totals $966.00 without the taxes.
