Request to waive $100 technician visit fee
Hi,
I had a technician visit after internet issues. I had already diagnosed that my own modem was the likely problem and asked Comcast to confirm. They said they cannot see the signal and sent the technician home. The technician verified the modem was defective.
I understand the fee can apply for customer-owned equipment, but I’m requesting a one-time courtesy waiver of the $100 charge as a goodwill gesture.
Thank you for looking into this.
