Request to Remove ACH Payment Restriction

I received a 6-month ACH/bank account restriction after two returned Auto Pay payments that I believe were caused by a typo when entering my bank information, not insufficient funds.

Could someone please help remove the restriction and send me the secure link to correct my bank information so I can restore bank Auto Pay and the $10 monthly discount?
