Request to Merge Bulk & Personal Account and Refund December Charges
Hi, I need help resolving a billing and account issue.
I previously requested that my personal Xfinity service be canceled, but it appears it was not canceled properly. My apartment already includes a bulk Xfinity internet plan, so I should not have a separate personal service.
I am requesting the following:
- That my personal service be merged into / corrected to the apartment bulk plan,
- A refund for the December charges that were billed under my personal account, and
- Please ensure that no equipment fees are charged to me, as the equipment in my unit is provided by the apartment. I am not sure whether any equipment charges have been applied, so I would like this confirmed as well.
