Request to Cancel XM-Only Fee and Refund Billing
Hello Xfinity Support Team,
I need your help with a recurring charge. Since November 2023, I have been billed a $25 XM-Only fee every month, even though I sold my home at that time, discontinued Xfinity internet service, and no longer reside in the United States.
I could not find an official customer support email, and the “Chat with Xfinity Assistant” option has not been working for a long time. That is why I am contacting you here through the forum.
Please:

Cancel the $25 XM-Only fee immediately.

Refund the charges since November 2023, as I have not used the service.
Thank you in advance for resolving this issue. I would appreciate confirmation once the fee is stopped.
