Request to Cancel Paramount+ Subscription After Account Closure

Hello Xfinity Support,

I have already canceled my Xfinity services, but I’ve noticed that I’m still being charged for a Paramount+ subscription that was originally set up through Xfinity. Since I no longer have access to my TV box or account dashboard, I’m unable to cancel it myself.

Could you please assist in canceling the Paramount+ subscription and ensure that no further charges are applied?

Thanks for reaching out to us, If you're being charged from Paramount+ subscription for a subscription you have to reach out to them to cancel that subscription as that would means you signed up through Paramount through their website or App. Xfinity supplies Showtime/ Paramount+ subscription as an add-on premium add on for your channel subscription if you had TV services, but if you cancelled your account that's removed.
