Request to Add Wife’s Name to Billing Statement for Proof of Residency

Hello,

I would like to add my wife's name to our Xfinity billing statement for proof of residency purposes.

I have already updated the account profile to reflect her name, but our billing statements still display only my name.

Is it possible to add her name to the billing statement without transferring account ownership or making any changes to our existing services?

I would appreciate assistance from an Xfinity representative.
