To help us better understand the credit on your account and provide accurate next steps, could you let us know if the credit balance is from an overpayment or if it resulted from a service disconnection?

@user_qcm1s2, for overpayments that have created a credit balance. We can submit a request for the credit balance to be refunded as long as it does not place the account into a negative balance. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
