Request for Review of Excessive Roaming Charges
I recently traveled to Canada for a week and did not realize that roaming was active on my plan. My plan does not include international roaming, and I was not aware that data usage would incur such high fees. Today, I noticed a charge of over $400 USD for just 1.3 GB of data, which seems extremely excessive and unreasonable for this level of usage. And it seems that I will need to pay $400 even if I add Canada roaming coverage now.
I respectfully ask that you review these charges and consider offering an adjustment or refund. I have been a loyal Xfinity customer and always try to manage my account responsibly. In this case, I simply overlooked disabling roaming and was unaware of how costly it could become
