Request for Billing Adjustment due to Unresolved Technical Issues

I need to write a complaint to Xfinity regarding an issue with my internet service. On January 25th, I moved to a new apartment and subscribed to Xfinity's broadband service. However, due to a technical issue, the internet did not work. Despite multiple phone calls to their support team, the issue remained unresolved for two weeks, leaving me without internet and causing significant inconvenience. Consequently, I had no choice but to switch to another available provider. Now, I have been charged $60 for a service I never used, which I find unreasonable. I have already discussed the inability to use Xfinity's service at my address. I do not wish to pay for a service I was unable to use.

Hello, @user_raabnw we never expect you to pay for service that's not working. Not only that, but the Xfinity Customer Commitment offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
