Request for Access to Statements from Previous Address (Xfinity Account)

I need help accessing my statements, specifically the very first statement from my previous address where my Xfinity service was connected.

I’m unable to retrieve it myself because the “Switch account” button is not working — it keeps redirecting me back to my current address.

I have already contacted support, and they sent me a link to the statement, but that link also redirects me to my current address instead of the old one.

Could you please advise how I can access my old statement from my previous address?
