Request deposit from last plan
My previous plan was from 11/2023 to 11/2024, and now I have a new plan after 11/2024. However, I did not get my deposit until March 2025. I want to know where I can get my money back and where the Direct Message is. If you need more personal information about me, please reply to me first.

To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
