Request Credit for outage

 I’m writing to ask for a six-day credit. I had complete outage of internet, cable & phone beginning 11/20/24 thru 11/25/24 (total of six days and nights). I was unable to contact Xfinity/Comcast because.... of the internet/phone outage.  I am asking for this six-day credit online but the response is "...sorry, but you are ineligible for credit..."  How should I proceed?
