representatives lying
A debt collector has been contacting me about $130 due to a contract being terminated early however, I was never notified that contract was set in place when I called to cancel my Internet. I told them that I’m planning to move out, and I was going to get Xfinity two months later when I move into a new apartment. Now that I moved in I already set up a brand new Internet service with Xfinity and I was hit with a $130 bill from debt collectors because I was not informed that I had a contract that would curate fees when I first canceled the Internet. after speaking to many different representatives. I was told over and over that it would be settled and that they’re sending $130 credit to my account. they’re telling me one thing and then they’re telling debt collectors another. why am I being lied to,

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
