Subject: Request for Review of Billing Discrepancies

Hello,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to formally request a review of several billing discrepancies on my account.

1️⃣ Device Charges & Activation Fees

Each device costs $25, and I have 3 devices, totaling $75.

I was clearly informed that there would be no activation fees. If any activation fees were added to my account, they were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I kindly request clarification and removal of any such charges.

2️⃣ Trade-In Phone Monthly Charge

I was told the monthly charge for the trade-in phone would be $35, but I have been charged $50 per month.

This is a difference of $15 per month.

If this continued for 8 months, the total overcharge equals $120.

3️⃣ Monthly Bill Amount

I was informed that my total monthly bill would be $224.00.

However, I have been charged $232.79 per month (sometimes more).

This is a difference of $8.79 per month.

If this occurred for 13 months, the total difference equals $114.27.

Based on these calculations, there appears to be an estimated total overcharge of approximately $309.27, in addition to any undisclosed activation fees.

I respectfully request a full review of my account, a detailed explanation of these discrepancies, and a refund or credit for any confirmed overcharges.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
