Replace a Preloaded Refund Mastercard

In Early 2024 I cancelled my Xfinity service and a couple of months later I received a Preloaded Mastercard for $147.54. I never got a chance to use it, not realizing it would expire. I have been on several calls and forums, being assured that it should be able to be replaced and monthly fees restored. This was told to me by an employee from the executive offices who called me as well on 7/14/2026. I need someone to please call me to get the card re-issued.

Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to our team about that pre-paid card issue. Normally when those cards are reissued they will send an email out within 1 to 3 weeks with the link to redeem that card.

I was told one would be sent back in March, minus the fees, it never arrived.  they proceeded to say they were reloading the old card, which would not work due to expiration dates and CVV expiration. I have gotten the run around for hours, and multiple numbers to call, and chat links submitted. The last agent who called me from 888-266-2278, stated she was calling from the executive offices, stated I should be able to get a new card with the fees reloaded. I have reddit thread communication and ticket numbers that went nowhere. can you please contact me. This money was for an overpayment, not an incentive.
