Repeated Unauthorized Xfinity Mobile Charges After Cancellation. Multiple Refund Promises. No Resolution.
I cancelled my Xfinity services in May 2026, yet I have since been charged FOUR separate times for Xfinity Mobile services I never authorized. Despite contacting customer support repeatedly, I have received no refunds, and the charges continue.
After the first two charges, I spoke with an agent through Xfinity's online chat. I was assured that the charge was "invalid" and that the unauthorized charge would be refunded. No refund was issued, and I was charged again.
Then, I called Xfinity customer service. Another representative promised to refund the original charge and include the additional unauthorized charge. Again, no refund was issued, and I was charged again.
Yesterday, I saw another charge on my credit card bill. I called again and the representative claimed there was no record of these charges and that nothing could be done. However, he also confirmed that there was a note on my account stating that a previous representative had promised a refund, but no refund had ever actually been initiated.
How can Xfinity repeatedly charge my credit card for services I never authorized, promise refunds multiple times, and then claim there is no evidence of the charges?
I have credit card statements proving all four transactions. I have screenshots of the first agent's promise to refund the charges. I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this through the proper customer service channels, only to receive conflicting information and empty promises.
I have filed a formal FCC complaint and I have reported the fraudulent charges to my credit card. I don't know what do. I don't know how to make this stop. There are other posts on here where it happened to people for YEARS after cancelling their Xfinity Services. I don't have time for that. I need a resolution now.
Can an official Xfinity representative please assist with escalating this matter to someone who can actually investigate the charges and process the refunds?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what's going on @user_fngrob! Since you have already filed a formal FCC complaint, that ticket goes straight to our Corporate Escalation team, who handles these types of official escalations directly. When an official regulatory complaint is open, our team has to stay hands-off to let that dedicated corporate team step in, do their full investigation, and work on getting this resolved for you. However, we can locate and monitor the existing ticket if you would like.
