Repeated issues with billing, and apparently it is impossible to get in contact with anyone.

I am being charged erroneously every month for the past 3 months. I have contacted countless agents, all who claim it will be the last time I have to contact them.

I paid in full on Feb 24. Now I am being told I have an overdue payment. When I went to try the Xfinity chat to dispute this and get it sorted out yet again, it doesn't load. Not on mobile, not on Chrome, not on Edge, not on Firefox, not on Safari. Tried calling, and am stuck on an endless automated loop.

How do I sort out this issue? How do I contact customer service? How do I get this issue PERMANENTLY fixed? I have never experienced something like this in customer service.
