Repeated Billing Error
Hello! I am seeking assistance from the Corporate Digital Care Team regarding a persistent billing issue with my Xfinity Mobile account.
Despite dozens of calls to customer service and multiple promises that my bill would be fixed, I continue to be overcharged by $20+ per month.
I would like a specialist to:
-Audit my phone conversations with Xfinity where such promises were repeatedly made to me.
-Manually apply the recurring credits required to reach the correct monthly total permanently.
-Issue a lump-sum refund for each month I have been overcharged to date.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
