Renewing contract illegally
I called in August to negotiate my contract was told nothing could be done, so I waiting til I found a better deal somewhere else, when I called to terminate I was told my contract was renewed via a text. I never did this, I never had any intention of renewing. This was done without my permission. I have a case number from August when I called in. Last month I called to cancel and was told I owe early termination fees for a contract obtained without my permission. I want this fee taken off my account and I also want the $30 credit I was told was coming to me last month by a supervisor
