Renewal of contract with deception
I was lied to by representative that my bill will be $130.00. If I give permission to change the plan, I will get a bill for 130 every month. Few weeks later I received a bill for 187.00 with 2 year contract without my knowledge. I was transferred by numerous representatives and no one could have assist me. At this point I want to leave and no one is willing to help. I have encountered over the phone the world worst customer service representative, her name is Katrina Z2N. She refused to assist me and started screaming at me then proceeded to disconnected the call. I need someone to call me asap at <EDIT: Private Information Removed>
