Removing xFi from my bill
I was told I apparently have to post here first to even request this removed from my bill (bizarre, I'd think I should be able to do it from the billing itself...) so I'm doing so. I have no need or want for this and having my bill inflated by almost 30 dollars because of it is a bit ridiculous. It's been bad enough that despite me being applicable for the ACP discount, I've been led in circles and circles for months on your site with no word back as to if I can actually get it.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
