Removing xFi Complete from plan
Hello there, my 2-year discount service coming to an end, and I noticed a $25 charge for the xFi Complete add-on. I'd like to keep my current plan but remove the add-on. Please advise.

Have you had the opportunity to check out our plan builder tool? You'll want to be sure you're logged in while exploring the options so you're seeing offers in your area and that your account is qualified for. You'll have the option to select just the Xfinity Wireless Gateway rental and drop the xFi Complete plan that includes the unlimited data for an additional $10.
