Removing xFi complete from my bill

​Hello, I saw that I could remove xFi complete from my account by posting on the forums. I would like to remove xFi complete from my Comcast bill and saw that I could not remove it under "manage my account" my name is Jordan [Edited: "Personal Information"] and my address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

To send a "Direct Message" message:
