Removing Digital Converter box

Hello, I've been fighting with this on my account for over a year now. I have had a "Digital Converter" added onto my account and I don't know why. It says I should return it, but I don't have it.

Each time I call in, I speak with an agent and they say "No problem we can remove that for you", but it never gets removed. I just pay an extra $10 each month, which is now probably closing in on almost $200

How do I get this removed off my account once and for all. Ideally, I'd like to get some sort of credit for all of this time.

I'm putting this in writing because I get nothing in writing when I speak to an agent.

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
