Removing auto pay and paperless discount

Hello, I am enrolled in auto pay and paperless and have been receiving a discount of $10/month and a service discount of $13.01/month. I was just informed that my bill will increase by $23.01 next month because of both discounts being removed. Why are they both being removed? I understand the $13.01 was probably a 1 year promotion, but I am still enrolled in autopay and paperless.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
