Removing Add On Service from Account
I had recently added on a secondary ip address to my residential Xfinity Internet account for an additional $4.95 a month. However due to technical problems between my modem and routers in trying to utilize it I've decided I'd rather just remove the feature than spending more time trying to fix it. When contacting support (whether through chat or phone) they seem to misunderstand that I want just the add on removed and not my entire plan changed. Wanted to reach out and see what steps I should take in trying to get this issue resolved.
