Remove Voice

Hi I’m desperately trying to remove a landline number and “voice” from 

my plan completely. I keep getting bounced from agent to agent and my bill has nearly doubled in the last 2 months because some kind of “promotion” with voice ended and now I’m being charged for it. Please I just want it removed I don’t want to join Xfinity mobile or bundle another voice package; I just want this off my account - I do not wish to pay for it now or whenever another promotion ends.

user_22t1nt Thank you so much for stopping in for help with removing your home phone from your account now that your promotion has ended. Home phone services were included in some of our triple-play bundles. With those plans, you did get great discounts for the more services you had; however, if you wanted to remove any one of the services, you would have to repackage both the other services into a new promotion. If you check out your plan description on your PDF bill or in the Xfinity app's account tab, does it say triple play or double play by chance?
