Hi, @user_d26054. Thank you for creating a new post. I see you have questions about your current plan, and you'd also like to disable autopay. I'll be glad to help. The autopay feature can be enabled or disabled online at any time using the My Account App.
If you've already set up automatic payments in your account and would like to turn them off, follow these instructions once you are signed in:
Note: You cannot turn off automatic payments on the date a payment has begun processing.
Sign into your account using your Xfinity ID and password.
To the right of Automatic Payments, click Turn Off.
Click Turn Off.
You’ll receive an email confirming your automatic payment cancelation.
