I have placed my TV service on seasonal hold and I’m back home now and I need to have it removed. Can you help me?

Good Afternoon, @user_fetyz7! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. Welcome back home, I hope you had safe travels! You can manage your Seasonal Suspend here. Once you prompt that you are back at the location, you can typically see the services fully restore within 24 hours. Please let us know if that does not work, we would be happy to help.

Hi, @user_lzjqf5 and @user_5b1ut8. Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I can understand the importance of removing the seasonal hold to restore services. You've reached the right team of experts who can help with this over virtual land. We can help. To remove or end your Seasonal Convenience Plan early, follow these steps:

  1. Go to this link here
  2. Sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  3. Click the **CHANGE SEASONAL CONVENIENCE** button on the **Summary** page.
  4. Select a new end date for your plan.
  5. Check the box stating, "I certify that I understand and consent to the rates and charges," and click **SAVE CHANGES**.

For assistance, you can also chat with the Xfinity Assistant by typing "seasonal hold" in the app. Please let me know if this helps.
